Competitive Coaches Education

Our coaches are the key to our player success.  All of our competitive coaches are expected to earn a minimum Grassroots Certification.  When a coach commits to learning and fulfills a year of volunteer coaching Manasota will reimburse him or her for their education at the following rates:

Grassroots: 100% reimbursement after 1 year of coaching with Manasota
US Soccer C & D License: 50% reimbursement each year of coaching with Manasota after attaining License
US Soccer B License: 25% reimbursement each year of coaching with Manasota after attaining License

All competitive Manasota Youth Soccer coaches are expected to attain their Grassroots license.
